To start I had booked 2 rooms over 2 months ago and they only had 1 reservation. I called to check and make sure that the 2 rooms were still there and was informed by the male desk clerk that there was 1 room reserved, but it was no problem because they weren't busy. He was not willing to make another room reservation for me. We arrived and I added another room with the woman desk clerk saying we would receive a military discount on both rooms. We did not receive a military discount on either rooms and the male desk clerk that checked us out in the morning was lazy and truly unhelpful. He couldn't even tell us what we were going to pay for each of the rooms. That's right, just give us your credit card and we will charge you whatever we want for your room! That sounds like a great idea doesn't it! Not! So, Don't waste your money or energy staying here unless you want to be very frustrated and pay a lot of money to stay here! We paid almost $200 to stay here and for what!

Spent the night after touring Havre Beneath the Streets. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean and nice. No elevator so keep that in mind if you can't do stairs. They had beer and nachos available 5-7. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

It is a very nice hotel. The parking is spacious and well lit. The beds aren't dreamy, but they are comfortable. Sadly, this hotel doesn't have an elevator, and breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. The pool is very nice.
